Return, Refund, and Exchanges Policies
Office Supplies:
Office supply products can be returned for a refund, exchange, or credit within 30 days of purchase with your original receipt, packing slip or email confirmation. Please contact customer service at 888-306-SHOP (7476) for specific instructions and to arrange pick-up.
Technology:
Because technology changes rapidly, multimedia projectors, PDAs, digital cameras, and other electronics can only be exchanged for the same item within 14 days of purchase. All technology accessories including monitors, printers, fax machines, scanners and multi-function machines must be returned in their original packaging with UPC codes and with all associated parts and instruction manuals within 14 days of purchase to qualify for a refund, exchange, or credit. Some returns or exchange requests that don’t qualify under Shop For Fundraising return policy may qualify for service or repair under the appropriate manufacturer’s warranty.
Furniture:
Any stocked furniture item in new condition, unassembled and in the original packaging with UPC code, may be returned within 14 days of purchase for an exchange, credit, or full refund.
Special Orders:
Custom-ordered items, manufacturer direct items, and custom imprinted items made to your specific requirements cannot be returned.
Delivery Policy:
Most orders are delivered the next business day* if placed by 12:00 noon EST where credit approval and product availability are confirmed by 12 noon on the same business day* that the order is placed. You will be notified of the estimated delivery date if your delivery is anticipated to be delayed. Products may be delivered in separate shipments.
Our catalog and Web site businesses are operated within the continental US for customers within the US and therefore does not ship or bill to international addresses. We deliver to street addresses (not P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO) in the continental US only.
Certain items originate directly from carefully selected vendors and manufacturers. In many instances, delivery personnel will deliver your order to your entrance. Larger orders may be delivered by a common carrier. For these items a loading dock or garage may be required. If a loading dock or garage is not available, delivery personnel will bring your order to the tailgate of the truck and you are responsible for unloading the items cannot be responsible for bringing the order into the building.
*Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except holidays.
Do we deliver to Mail Drop locations?
A "Mail Drop" location is an address where a business or service accepts mail deliveries on behalf of a customer. We will deliver to Mail Drop locations such as a UPS Store (formerly Mail Boxes Etc.). However, We are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are military overseas mail drops.
Do I have to sign for my Order?
For your package safety, it is best to have someone available to sign for your order during the hours of 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays (UPS may deliver to residential addresses up to 7:00 p.m.)
